GOD WAS FAITHFUL IN THE DETAILS

Happy Friday, A-Tall-Order family! 🙌

We made it through another week.

And before we race into the weekend, let’s look back for just a minute. Not to count everything that went wrong. We’re pretty good at remembering that without any assistance. 😂☕

Let’s look for God’s faithfulness in the details.

📖 “Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.”— Psalm 36:5 KJV

Sometimes we expect God’s faithfulness to arrive with flashing lights and a giant sign that says:“THIS WAS GOD!”

But a lot of the time, it doesn’t. Sometimes His faithfulness was the strength you had Tuesday morning when you weren’t sure you had any left.

It was the bill you figured out how to pay. The conversation that went better than expected.The person who called at exactly the right time. The door that opened.

Or the door that stayed firmly shut—even though you kept rattling the handle. 😆

Maybe it was peace in a situation that should have stolen every bit of yours.

Maybe you almost gave up…but didn’t.

Maybe nothing dramatic happened at all.

You simply woke up every morning, put one foot in front of the other, and discovered that God gave you enough grace for that day.

We can become so focused on the breakthrough we’re still waiting for that we overlook the evidence of God’s faithfulness sitting all around us. Before this week ends, look again.

Look at what didn’t happen.

Look at what did.

Look at what you survived.

Look at what God provided.

Look at the strength you didn’t know you’d have.

Look at the people He sent.

Look at the peace He gave.

You may discover something beautiful:

The miracle wasn’t only waiting for you at the finish line. God was faithful every step of the way. 💙

Looking back over this week:

Where did you see God’s faithfulness in the DETAILS? It doesn’t have to be something huge.

Maybe:

🙏 You had strength for a difficult day

💵 A need was provided for

❤️ Someone encouraged you

🚪 A door opened—or stayed closed

🕊️ You had peace when you expected anxiety

📞 A phone call came at exactly the right time

😂 You found something to laugh about on a hard day

🌱 You handled something differently than the old you would have

☕ You simply made it through the week—and that counts too!

Finish this sentence:

“God was faithful this week when ______.”

One sentence is enough.

Then read through the comments and celebrate somebody else’s testimony with a ❤️ or 🙌.

Because somebody scrolling through Facebook tonight may need the reminder hidden inside your story:

If God was faithful to me, He’ll be faithful again. 🙏

Let’s fill these comments with evidence of God’s goodness.

Big things. Small things. Ordinary things.

It all counts. 💙
